Writers and Policies
When it comes to your fitness and nutrition, there is no "one size fits all" approach. That’s why you need a trusted voice to emphasize facts over fads. Verywell Fit writers are a team of credentialed dietitians, personal trainers, psychologists, and more who provide you with a holistic approach to food, weight loss, and fitness with a focus on progress, not perfection. Let Verywell Fit guide you through each step of your wellness journey as you achieve personal milestones toward your healthy goals.
Writers are specifically selected for both their extensive knowledge and real-world experience as well as their ability to communicate complex information in a clear and helpful way. Articles also undergo review from our Medical Review Board and Wellness Board, comprised of certified personal trainers, licensed dietitians, and more, as well as routine updating to ensure reporting is responsible, accurate, understandable, helpful, and reflective of the most current research.
